An online arts-based workshop, for mental + physical health care providers; exploring creativity as a part of mindfulness practice + self-care.
Gather alongside your peers/colleagues and connect through creativity, writing and discussions. Participants will have an opportunity to develop a mindful practice, supporting with and/or preventing greater impacts of burnout, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
